[TurboGears] passing passwords..

when storing username/password info in a mysql database, i store the passwords as  PASSWORD('password') and then i encode the password from the FORM and compare it to the the database.. is there a way to do this when i create an object? thanks! ___ peace, sergio photographer, journalist, visionary www.coffee-black.com
