I tried every hint i found posted in this group and was not able to run tg-admin in the end. I just tried it for a very last time - and it seems to be functional somehow.
May be some hint did the trick - allthough there have been errors... perhaps the removal of some of the site-packages was the key to this success. Now it works - and i don't know why. I hate that. :)
