I believe that the problem with Paste Deploy integration was CherryPy's style of cherrypy.root being the root of the application. This would prevent Paste's middleware and app composition features from being properly configurable. Since CherryPy 2.2 has is better and more consistent at being able to manipulate the incoming URL, it may be possible to create a layer that will make Paste Deploy work properly. > Alright, that's all I have for now for ideas with the merge. Ruby books may partly be outselling Python books because there haven't been many worthy new Python books. I hope that the TurboGears book is a worthy book that helps turn the tide! Thanks again for the detailed and specific input! Kevin
