You are correct. CP2.2 supports PEP8 style names, and TurboGears is
almost entirely PEP8 style now.

I wasn't too concerned about Alvin's exact packaging of the feature.
If/when it moves into the core, I figured I'd likely make a few
cosmetic changes along the way.
