Howdy! I've posted a bug in trac:

It seems that if I attach CatWalk to my application my database becomes
permanantly locked - likely due to a mismatched hub.begin() and
hub.commit()/hub.rollback() pair. As a temporary solution I have
removed CatWalk from my application's document tree, but I find it far
more convienant than having to run the toolbox seperately...
