The linked bookmarklet [1] will convert numbers in the current page to ticket urls. So if someonew is writing about ticket #113, running the script turns the number into a link to ticket 113. This script converts all numbers and doesn't care if they're actual tickets or not, so you'll have to be a bit smart about how you click on links.
I recommend bookmarking the script and setting a keyword in firefox (I use 'bl') so you can be reading, ctrl+l,bl,<enter> and be buglinkified. This script is basically the same one that Jesse Rudderman wrote for Mozilla, but it's customized for the TG trac and to work in gmail (which has freaky weird page structure).
