[TurboGears] site5 hosting

I'm trying to get going with site5.com as their hosting is mentioned 
here (http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/wiki/hosting).  I've been 
going back and forth with their support/sales folks to see if hosting 
there will in fact work.  Has anyone successfully deployed a TG 
application to site5.com?  If so, what were your experiences?  I'm 
getting conflicting info from their forums about the availability of 
FastCGI.  And, their support/sales folks just emailed me back and said 
that FastCGI was only available for Ruby apps.  But would this set of 
instructions for dreamhost 
(http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/wiki/TurboGearsOnDreamHost) not 
also work for site5?  I haven't scoured the code, but it looks like 
fcgi.py (which is referenced in the link above) does all the work.  Or 
am I missing something?
