Hi, I quietly released 0.8a6 yesterday as a bugfix release (fixing validation problems in 0.8... I should have released this sooner, really.)
I know that some people have reported various problems along the way with installation and Phillip has smoothed many of these over in setuptools svn. I just updated the installation instructions and the upgrade instructions to reflect downloading of a setuptools snapshot to hopefully overcome the problems. Can someone here verify that they're able to comfortably upgrade to 0.8a6 using the instructions on the site? (I'm particularly interested in the unix users). This upgrade should be trivial for everyone.
