Generally speaking, you *can* use 0.9 and the only area that you'll
need to be aware that changes may occur is with the big new features.
0.9 does incorporate other fixes and minor tweaks that haven't made it
to 0.8.

If there's nothing you're dying to have in 0.9, and your timeline is
tight, definitely stick with 0.8 for the moment. With all of the
patches people have submitted, I'm hoping that 0.9 is not too far out.
Lots of docs to write though :)
