[TurboGears] build time info

on my pages, i am getting this:

Build time: 0.326s, Page size: 1.03KB

although i REALLY like this info, i would like to see this info in a 
footer...

is this info part of the dev model or where is it being generated?

right now, it just splashes across the page cattywumpus like..
