And, more importantly, how to use it with fcgi :) I did receive the email, but I've been putting 0.9 work ahead of that in the queue. (I don't have direct access to the lighttpd conf file, because I'm currently proxying from a shared one, so it's not quite as trivial as editing a few lines in the file.)
