Are you *sure* the user and group exist? There is (or was) a problem with identity objects created from the shell not being saved to the DB. You might try launching the shell and loading the object again, just to make certain they exist. Or fire up CatWalk (tg-admin toolbox) and confirm they exist. Just my first guess, early in the morning.
