I think it could be very hard (and potentially danger) to modify a project after it's created, and you have to use convention (as ruby does) or too much configuration (so you can tell the code generating scripts where to put the generating stuff). I think is much more easy to do this things in the quickstart command, so you can start with a nice skeleton...
