These messages were removed early last night. They were for DEBUG purposes.

Nope I was wrong, it is still doing database work.

What database operations are happening when you have Visit tracking turned off? Please turn on debug output for SQLObject and let me know what queries it's running.

And when shutting down I get this error message:
    Fatal Python error: XXX block stack underflow

As you can imagine, if I were seeing the shutdown problem, I'd have fixed it. Are you shutting down using just Ctrl-C?
