Good. Is there any specific reason that not all of the cfg files were
converted to py format?

What do you mean? I just quickstarted a new project, and it has no ini
files. Is there some other configuration that should be in .py files?

Hm, I just updated svn and ran 'tg-admin quickstart'

$ ls -1F
README.txt
__init__.py
dev.cfg
devcfg.py
foo/
foo-start.py
foo.egg-info/
prod.cfg
prodcfg.py
setup.py
setup.pyc
start-foo.py*

I'm still seeing the .cfg files (although the new python ones are there as well).
