[TurboGears] MochiKit SVN moving to svn.mochikit.com

I'm going to move the MochiKit SVN from http://svn.red-bean.com/ 
mochikit to http://svn.mochikit.com so that it's easier for me to  
manage.  http://svn.mochikit.com has been a mirror of the red-bean  
repository for many months now, and has had consistently better  
uptime (with the bonus that the trac timeline updates instantly, etc.).

In order to switch repositories, simply checkout again or use the  
following command from your checkout directory::

svn switch --relocate http://svn.red-bean.com/mochikit http:// 
svn.mochikit.com
