[TurboGears] ModelDesigner: nested structures

Hi, I have been playing with the model designer and must say its really
nice tool! Keep up the good work. I did ran into a tiny problem.
Currently it isn't possible to design a nested tree structure out of
the box. The model name doesn't show up in the 'otherClassName'
dropdown box. A quick fix is to remove the if clause on line 61 in
ModelDesigner.js.
