FWIW, I'm seeing what appears to be the same thing on W2K. It terminates with a Program Error dialog ( python.exe) as well. I've not said anything about it simply 'cause I can't make heads or tails out of the actual /cause/. It just up and started doing it a couple of weeks ago.

I do do daily updates from SVN, if that helps.

The one thing I can tell you for certain is that if I do NOT access anything in the database prior to terminating the process, there is no program error. If I *do* access from the database first, it happens.

This has been happening on and off from before SQLObject was updated to the latest version (0.8, right?). I'm using postgres here, don't know if that's a common thread or not.
