Is updating the page using javascript not an option? The sidebar stays static and you have a container div on the right... when clicking things on the "sidebar" you have a little bit of mochi ajax that updates your container div, rather than using horrid horrid frames. It would be fairly simple to do, even without a great amount of JavaScript experience (since mochikit rocks so much). Lee
