The '--always-copy' or '-a' option to easy_install will copy all needed eggs to a given directory, so something like this will work on a machine that has all the eggs already: easy_install -axd tempdir TurboGears (The -x is short for --exclude-scripts.) Anyway, this will basically just dump all the eggs you need in one directory for you, with no manual fiddling required. You can then copy them to the other machine and use -f to find them.
