Outside of a wsgi version of cherrypy, no. TG is built on cherrypy, you can swap out the templating and orm layers fairly easily, but everything else depends on cherrypy so you'd have to get cherrypy running on twisted. There's been a push for a wsgi version of cherrypy and the cherrypy folks are working on it. In the meantime, you might check out CherryPaste and perhaps RhubarbTart for wsgi-fied cherrypy that might work within twisted.
