First of all they use a BSD license, I'm not that expert regarding license issues but IMHO we could replace our calendar widget (LGPL, and Kevin said it was a bit ambiguous) with this one: http://developer.yahoo.net/yui/calendar/index.html This is also nicer (take a look at the examples), localized and maintained by yahoo.
