I've still got things that I'm working on for PyCon, but I've decided
not to wait any longer on this. You should, in theory (untested!), be
able to do this:

easy_install -f http://www.turbogears.org/preview/download/index.html TurboGears

(the same general easy_install instructions from 0.8 apply - just
change the download link).

I'm not even calling this an alpha yet, but I'm interested in getting
0.9 installation tested and start ramping up. (If you poke around the
preview site, you'll note that there's a lot of work to be done
there.)
