Hmm, actually this second form works, but reloading the templates
doesn't work.
Even though, TG says it reloads it:
2006-02-17 03:57:41,788 turbokid.kidsupport DEBUG Recompiling template
for tgwiki.templates.page
2006-02-17 03:57:41,791 turbokid.kidsupport DEBUG Applying template
tgwiki.templates.page
After restarting the server "/edit?pagename=${pagename}" works ok.
