Ok, I *thought* something fishy is going on. I circumvented this error by going to a clean dir and doing quickstart... The real problem was that files that didn't exist were supposed to be added in next commit, can't remember the file names anymore... and therefore the checkin failed. However, I do think that messing around with users version control system behind his back is a bit evil, it's often a thing the user wants to be very careful and explicit about. Or at least a newbie/cautious user. The created quickstart project can be added wholesale by single "svn add myprojectfoldername", so it's not that big a help in a first place.
