The book that Mark Ramm and I are writing is due to be in print in October. (To Prentice Hall's credit, I've gathered that they're 3 month production time is quite quick. Unfortunately, writing a book is a lot of work and it still takes time for us to do it.) The book will be available electronically before the print version. We'll likely be posting some draft chapters for people to check out in the not-too-distant future.
