I use the site root in all of my links. i.e.,
std.url('/edit',blah=blah)
It's not really a problem for me, as it still functions just fine.
bookmarks and all that are also all functional, so there's no real
reason other than simple cosmetics to fix it.

no ideas for you, sorry. I just use absolute URL's for simplicity's
sake.
