Why don't you send me your non-working wiki20 code instead?  That way we can isolate the issue as a FastCGI problem (if it works properly on my installation) or as a code problem (if it doesn't work at all).

your fcgi file to it and see if it works.  Maybe it is just the default
project that has issues.
