[TurboGears] SVN r851 broken

I just upgraded after the SQLAlchemy additions and received this when trying to run my project:

    from turbogears import controllers

  File "c:\data\projects\turbogears\turbogears\database.py", line 264, in ?
    if sqlalchemy:
NameError: name 'sqlalchemy' is not defined
