The 'seperate' is a typo. However it sounds closer to how it is said in some parts of the English speaking world...
I admit I am guilty of this ;-)
I was think about the decorators... using @validate() and @expose() would leave no room for confusion and
you could even drop the use of the word 'decorator'.
