I get a 404 when trying to access http://www.turbogears.org/preview/download/ez_setup.py
I got the script from http://www.turbogears.org/download/ez_setup.py and used that. However, I also add to specify the --upgrade option to easy_install in order to get it to upgrade from 0.8.
