Yes, I just used the webbased shell provided by the toolbox to create a new user in a svn based environment (updated regularly). So it seems a little bit weird since the error you are receiving still seems to indicate that the value is badly positionned in your config.py... Fromwhere do you launch the toolbox ? Mine is mounted inside my application on a /toolbox url.
