There is actually a service that will render screenshots on demand in
something like 40 browsers. I don't use it, but it hit digg two months
ago or so.

As long as you're not using IE no-nos (complex float stuff, fixed
positioning, etc), it's not that big of a deal to do the IE tweaks. I
find it necessary to have access to IE for testing, as I always forget
