I see the confusion. Yes, that is confusing. (I think this is just a temporary bit of confusion, since the turbogears-trunk list is new). The general idea with the trunk list is that if you're following the trunk and not working from a release, discussion goes over there. This particular problem that you ran into is something that came up only on the trunk between 0.9a1 and 0.9a2, which is why I figured that the trunk list was the place. And the reason we've got a "firstclass" branch that is a bit more futuristic is that we had the opportunity at the sprint to try out some new stuff, even though we were basically frozen for 0.9. That's why I'd like to move firstclass to the trunk soon and 0.9 to a branch.
