does this works on windows? it seems it does since it installs some things under win32, but went I start it it gives this error:

PIDA requires Python GTK bindings. They were not found.

which is true since I dont have that install, but shouldn't setuptools download that if it's needed?

Hey guys

I just thought I'd drop you all a quick line about a fantastic python IDE I've discovered. I've
always been a command-line hacker, and just about every line of code I've ever written has been
written in Vim. Because vim's command-mode has forever poisoned my subconscious (Yes I have sent a
billion E-mails terminated with :wq), I've always had trouble settling in to an IDE.

That is, until I found PIDA: http://pida.berlios.de/

It's an IDE for Python, written in Python, but it embeds Gvim. I don't really need to say much more,
I think.

Hope someone finds this useful - I know I'll be using it for a long time.

Cheers
