hi,
when i tried to upgrade my tg 0.8 to 0.9a4,
i got this error:

http://64.74.207.41/sourceforge/cherrypy/CherryPy-2.2.1.tar.gz
error: Download error: (111, 'Connection refused')
this night sourceforge is bouncing a lot, I had to try the mysqldb driver 5 times before getting a error.
also don't forget to follow, since some things must be manually.

and now, i am unable to use tg because of the version conflict...
can someone give me some advice on how to solve it?
