it seems there is a couple of us here if you could make a post at, maybe we can get the comunity interest in this, and they will give us support went we add this to the main tree.

Any of you willing to work directly on the packages?

I think the eggs.gentooexperimental approach is nicely done, but we still have to make one package for each egg.

there is also the approach of g-cpan, which we could mimic with a g-easy_install
