Oviously, it'll be hard to have a unix compliant uthentication system
if you(re using windows ! But it must be ok for Unix-Like and MacOs X
(and everything using the stadart crypt() algorithm, as mentionned in
the python documentation)

I know this problem :'(.
But the shadowed password file can only be read by the root user, as a
security. If I do what you're telling, it seems impossible to run
(because my application is obviously not run as root !).
I'm looking forward your tutorial dealing with new
IdentityCustomization !
