TG doesn't handle email, and the class in trac broke on rev962
so i rewrote the whole thing
add a few lines to app.cfg to configure, and you're good to go
i've tested it w/sendmail - it works
i don't have access to a non-ssl smtp server, so i can't test for that
( i require ssl on all my boxes, and don't have them configured to
ignore it on localhost, neither do i want to do that )
