hi, i read the solution you have given in the ticket, but my problem is not directly that. if i had wanted to clear the session and start session during logout and login respectively, i might still do that (with some pain though, wherein your call back system could be nice) , but, my problem is, why is the session persisting in the first place, if i had closed the browser?
is it because as you said, the cookie system is not linked properly to handly session and identities at the same time? that's hard to digest for me! i mean, is it not "most" of the web apps use both concepts? and so, wouldn't the designers not thought of something that fundamental? in short: a) how can my session expire if i close my browser? b) is it that session and identity can't work together? if not, what is the use of having them? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears" group.
