[TurboGears] Re: couldn't load static dir with scgi/wsgi

I just found if I change setting to:

$HTTP["url"] !~ "^/project-name/static/" {
        scgi.server = (
            "/" =>
                ( "127.0.0.1" =>
                    (
                        "host" => "127.0.0.1",
                        "port" => 4000,
                        "check-local" => "disable"
                    )
                )
        )
    }

then I could open static file at /project-name/static/*, but it shold
be /static/*, may someone help me?
