That's an old TG and a very new cherrypy. I'm not sure what's been happening on the 0.8 branch, most of the effort has been focused on the 1.0 branch (see http://www.turbogears.org/preview). The docs in the preview site have the advantage that people are actively editing them. Someone else might have some advice, but mine is to move to the preview releases.
