I just installed turbogears, but it seems like toolbox is missing:
C:\turbogears>tg-admin toolbox
TurboGears 0.8.9 command line interface
Usage: C:\Python24\Scripts\tg-admin-script.py [command] [options]
Available commands:
quickstart Create a new TurboGears project
shell Start a Python prompt with your database available
sql Run the SQLObject manager
C:\turbogears>
