Yea, there's a book coming. It will be comprehensive -- at least as comprehensive as we can make it and still get it out to people soon ;)
We are hoping to have more details about the book to publish on the list soon. But for now, if you are interested in becoming a volunteer reviewer, ping me off-list and I can let you know the requirements.
