Yes I 'm not sure if the oposite is a good idea, since what makes it imcompatible is SA.
From where I know it will be very hard to maintain compatibility across versions of a project in such early versions, also at this point their changes are "for good" so we should enforce them.

yes, I'm not sure how many people where actually using 0.1, i remenber the sa/identity code had a reference to jeff's package for a while in the trunk.... and noone report it :)

I'm neither a TurboGears- or a SQLAlchemy-expert, but I'd like to help
out with this if I can.
