Following the instructions at the bottom of

I downloaded wiki20.tgz.. . Unfortunately, the dev.cfg file that it
tells me to edit seems to be missing.
ummm Kevin redid that a while a go it seems that file wasn't updated.
At one point tg used .py files as config, but that had to be change back due some problems
this was introduce in 0.9a1 and taken away in 0.9a2
