I keep getting this error when i run tg-admin sql create..i'm running
the newest version of TG

ct\sqlite\sqliteconnection.py", line 61, in __init__
self._conn = sqlite.connect(self.filename, **opts)
pysqlite2.dbapi2.OperationalError: unable to open database file
thats the error, hopefully some can help me out there
