I'm also arriving on the 1st and staying at the hostel. I'll likely be a zombie on the 1st from the overnight flight (which is part of the reason I'll be there on the 1st... turned out to be a good idea, since I'm speaking at 9am on the 3rd). Given the crazy month I have going on, I'm expecting I'll probably be racing to get my presentations done.
