this is a big offtopic but I'll reply
on that page you find all eggs TG provides that is all the required and optional packages, on the other hand easy_install doesn't parse the page it just takes the param URL and the egg name from setup.py concats and goes looking for that file, so that's why they are all there.

so basically your supposed to click one of the links above and forget about the second part :)
