Yes they do. The one I finally found and I think totally rocks is vpslink. You get full root, ubuntu 6.06 LTS (or a number of others including debian) and its %50 off right now allowing me to get the 512 meg option for around $19.95/month. Reboots and reinstalls on dual xeon 3.0s. Turbogears verified.
